Voting memberships in this corporation, or any right arising therefrom, may not be transferred or assigned under any circumstances. For instance, there shall be no transfer of an issued charter from an inactive member club to another group whose members are interested in organizing a new club.
A terminated club is not in good standing and is required to return its charter to World Headquarters.

The Board of Directors shall prescribe, and may modify from time to time, policies for termination, suspension, and restoration of voting membership status, consistent with these Bylaws.
Neither termination nor suspension shall relieve the voting member of any accrued but unpaid obligations of such voting member to this corporation.

This corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person.
